1:1 Coaching
This work moves at the pace your nervous system can actually hold.
If you’re used to chasing quick results, trying to “fix” yourself, or jumping from one breakthrough to the next — this will feel different.
And that’s the point.

Sustainable change happens slowly, relationally, and in the body — not through pressure, performance, or forcing insight. These sessions are designed to support the kind of transformation that actually lasts.
Intro Session
This is where we begin — gently, intentionally, and without rush. In our first session, we’ll take time to orient, explore what’s bringing you here, and begin mapping how your survival strategies are held in your body. You’ll experience what it feels like to be met without urgency — and without needing to fix anything.

Ongoing Session
For returning clients. Each session is a space to meet what’s present — whether that’s tension, insight, confusion, or rest. Some sessions bring clarity. Others bring integration. Over time, this work creates the conditions for change that doesn't collapse under pressure.

Not quite ready to book a session?
Sometimes the first step isn’t booking a session — it’s having a real conversation.

If you’d like to connect first and explore whether this work feels right for you, you’re welcome to schedule a free 20-minute call. It’s a chance to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and see how I might support you — at your pace, in your timing.
Why the Sessions and Rates Are Structured This Way
This is not transactional work. It's not about quick fixes or checkbox healing.
This is relational, nervous-system-based support that honors your full humanity.
Each session is:
A grounded space held by years of training and lived experience.
A process of deep attunement and co-regulation.
A commitment to working with your body’s truth — not against it.
There are no timelines or pressure. You’re not committing to a program. You’re choosing, one session at a time, to come back to yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens in a session?
Every session is unique. We start by checking in with what’s present — in your body, your emotions, or your life. From there, we follow the thread together. This might include gentle somatic practices, slowing down to notice sensation, tracking patterns, or simply creating space to feel what hasn’t had space before.

While the focus is on deeper regulation and awareness, we also explore how your survival patterns show up in behavior — like overworking, shutting down, people-pleasing, or staying small. Together, we can begin to shift these patterns in sustainable ways, grounded in your body’s capacity and choice.
There’s no script or rush. Just attunement, curiosity, and care.

What types of practical issues can this work help with?
This work supports a wide range of people — from those feeling stuck or shut down, to high performers who look successful on the outside but feel like they’re running on fumes.
Common challenges include:
-
Chronic stress, anxiety, burnout, or stress-related illness
-
Trouble slowing down, resting, or always needing to “do more”
-
Patterns like perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-functioning, or hiding
-
Difficulty focusing, initiating, or making decisions
-
Emotional shutdown, numbness, or fear of being vulnerable
-
Struggles with boundaries, self-trust, or navigating transitions
-
Feeling disconnected from joy, agency, or a sense of self
As we gently work with these patterns in the body — not against them — people often begin to feel more grounded, clear, and at home in themselves. They find it easier to say no, to rest without guilt, to feel again, to connect more deeply with others, and to move through life with more ease and less effort.

This isn’t about pushing toward a better version of yourself. It’s about becoming more fully yourself — with choice, capacity, and freedom.

What kind of results can I expect from this work?

That depends — not because the work is vague, but because it’s deeply individual. This isn’t about fixing, forcing, or chasing a breakthrough. It’s about creating the conditions in your body and nervous system for real change to take root.
Clients often notice shifts like:
-
Feeling more grounded, calm, and regulated
-
Accessing their own inner wisdom and guidance more easily
-
Responding instead of reacting
-
Setting boundaries without collapse or guilt
-
Trusting themselves more — especially in decision-making
-
Letting go of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or over-functioning
-
Returning to joy, creativity, and agency
-
Moving through hard moments with more resilience and less self-abandonment
This work doesn’t promise instant results — it supports lasting ones. The kind that unfold over time, from the inside out.

Do I need to talk about my trauma?

No. This work is body-based and relational. You are never required to share details of your past — and in fact, sometimes less story and more presence allows the body to do its deeper work. If something wants to be shared, there’s room. But nothing is forced or expected.

Is this like therapy?

Not exactly. While I bring a trauma-informed lens and deep presence to this work, I’m not a licensed therapist. I don’t diagnose or treat mental illness. What I offer is nervous system-oriented support that complements — and often deepens — other healing work. Many of my clients are in therapy and find this work brings another layer of integration.

What if I don’t know what I want to work on?

That’s completely okay. Many clients arrive feeling unsure — frozen, scattered, or overwhelmed. You don’t have to know what’s wrong or have a clear goal. We begin with what’s here, and let the process unfold at your body’s pace.
How often should I have a session?

There’s no fixed schedule. Some people come weekly for a time, then space out sessions. Others check in monthly or come when they feel stuck. We’ll find a rhythm that supports you without overwhelming your system.

Can I just try one session?
Absolutely. This work is invitational. There are no packages, no pressure to continue. You’re always in choice.
What if I feel disconnected from my body?

That’s incredibly common — and often the reason people come. You don’t need to feel “in tune” to begin. We go gently. We start where you are.

Is this work done online or in person?

All sessions are held virtually over Zoom. You’ll want a quiet, private space where you can feel safe, supported, and undisturbed during our time together.
